LOCATION: Chicago Lakefront @ Wilson Ave Track / Cricket Hill

START TIME: 8am (Practices last between 1.5-3 hours)

**Per IHSA rules (Section 3.150) High school coach contact days are limited to 25 days per Summer. Key workout sessions will be Monday/Wednesday/Saturday.
